The Bedouet’s history with wine goes back to Henri Bedouet, born in 1899. He was a cooper and partially owned his vineyards. His son Henri, born in 1931, also started off sharecropping then rented the vineyards from 1977. Michel, born in 1960, bought the estate in 1990 and continues the family journey . In 2010, he began working on converting his methods to organic wine-making.3years later,the first harvest of organic grapes was made.
